Through Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), we engage all stakeholders to define the primary scope of work and progressively develop the project scope through to the detailed design stage. Our dedicated design team is equipped to handle process design, technology selection, 2D drawings, 3D modelling and any other specific requirements.

Our construction services include all aspects of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering. We handle temporary and permanent works design, earthworks, concrete works (including in-situ and precast), piling, foundations, drainage, and complex tie-ins on brownfield plants. Our team is experienced in managing complex lifts and mechanical installations, ensuring that every construction project is executed with precision and care.

Our comprehensive commissioning services are designed to ensure that every project is executed to the highest standards. We develop detailed Pre & Cold Commissioning Plans, prepare Pre-commissioning and Cold Commissioning ITPs, and create tailored workpacks and methodologies. Our team designs and implements integrated Commissioning Schedules, working closely with clients to optimise timelines. We handle every aspect of the commissioning process, from marking up As-built P&IDs and compiling Asset Registers to tagging and labeling equipment. We facilitate client commissioning meetings, coordinate with vendors, and compile in depth Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Quality Assurance documents, and vendor commissioning documentation for a seamless handover.

Bellcon has a proven track record of completing a broad range of complex mechanical piping site installations to the highest standards, safety and reliability. Our dedicated mechanical construction team cater for large scale mechanical piping projects, new plant and equipment installations.

The mechanical piping team have over 4 decades of experience installing all types of piping systems and equipment, we integrate off site fabrication into almost every project, supported by our fabrication workshop, creating more efficient and cost effective on site installations.
